It all started back in 2021 when Megan wanted to make her dad a special dessert for father’s day. Knowing that banana pudding was his favorite, she decided to try it in cupcake form so that her parents wouldn’t have to figure out what to do with all the leftovers from making a full on banana pudding dish. It was an instant hit, and everyone wanted to know when Megan was going to make the banana pudding cupcakes again.

Fast forward to today, Gourmet Cupcakes By Megan was born in March 2023. With her hubby’s encouragement and keen sense of what the competition tasted like, she was confident that she had what it took to start her own cupcake business!

When not baking, Megan and her husband and their two fur-babies enjoy everything outdoors including hiking, mountain biking and kayaking.

FAQs

  • Yes, we offer delivery for orders of two dozen or more cupcakes with up to 5 miles from the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave, Texas.

    All other orders do not include delivery.

  • As of now, we meet customers at the Target in Bee Cave, Texas.

  • Only at events (see social media for the next event location). As our business grows, we may be able to start selling single cupcakes outside of events.

  • The fastest turnaround time for an order you place with us is three days. We need time to bake and create the cupcakes for you, as we only have one baker at this time.

    However, large orders of more than 24 cupcakes per order, may need extra time for us to complete.

  • No, not at this time, but as our business grows, we may be able to consider a storefront or food truck as an option.

  • Once your order is placed, there is no way to cancel or get a refund. Your order will be completed and available on the specified date of pick up.

  • We will be in contact with you via email or text (which ever one you prefer) to notify you about your order.

    When your order is ready for pickup, we will reach out to you to coordinate the exact pickup time.

  • Yes, we do offer rush orders with a fee. Please contact us for additional information as each situation is unique.
